Sleep Fragmentation:
A common symptom of several other sleep disorders. Interrupted sleep, periods of wakefulness, and not achieving deep sleep are all classed as sleep fragmentation.
Narcolepsy:
A disorder that causes excessive daytime sleepiness and, in some cases, causes muscle weakness, hallucinations and occasionally, sleep paralysis.

Typically characterised by the inability to fall or stay asleep, sufferers may also find it difficult to achieve good-quality sleep.
Restless Leg Syndrome:
This condition can cause uncomfortable sensations on the legs and feet and an uncontrollable urge to move or fidget.
Parasomnias:
Sleepwalking, REM sleep-behaviour disorder, nightmares and night terrors are all part of a group called parasomnias. Typically, these are conditions that cause abnormal movement or actions whilst sleeping.
