Sleep Service Consultation Process

Sleep disorders can be debilitating and stressful. We aim to provide transformative treatment that makes a real difference to our patients.

All assessments, diagnoses and treatments are considered with a highly individual approach. A patient’s lifestyle, medical and psychological factors are all considered when choosing treatment.

Our sleep service clinic aims to get all patients seen within two weeks of contacting us. Once you’ve had your initial appointment, a follow-up letter will be sent within a week, and any further appointments will be arranged afterwards.


Patient Journey

  1. Complete an online assessment/telephone assessment:
    Our receptionist will then contact you to take some details and book your initial appointment.
  2. On the day of your consultation: On arrival, a team member will greet you before your appointment, and you’ll be asked to fill out patient information and payment forms.
  3. Your appointment: You’ll meet with Dr Symmonds for a comprehensive consultation to discuss your symptoms, assessment and possible outcomes.
